problem with scrolling through the hotbar slots 7 & 8

I was playing an Buffet End tagia and while i was playing the game, i was scrolling through my Hotbar and it kept on getting stuck when it went through the 7 & 8 slots. it gets stuck going both ways, and also the 6 slot gets stuck everyonce and a while.
