Water in hole in dirt blocks disappears after water flows into hole.

Created a farm underground at y 11. 9X9 with hole in the middle with a water source block. Water flowed into this hole. The water source block disappeared when the water stopped flowing into the hole. Reproduced on 2 additional worlds in both creative and survivor at spawn with and without farm land.
