Underwater block stuck

To represent:

Place dirt/gravel/sand 2-3 blocks underwater.

1) Take aim and swim fast (ctrl) to theese blocks.
2) When you are above: press shift, until you reach the top of the sand/gravel block.
3) Now quickly press ctrl.
PROFIT.

You can move there some time, then it will push you out.
