Glass panes, iron bars, fences, and cobblestone walls unstick together on solid blocks

When you load your world at any 1.13 snapshots, the glass panes that you placed down on most of your builds break and they unstick from each other and on solid blocks next to them. This occurs on certain chunks of your world that you load. This also happens on cobblestone walls, fences, and iron bars. The cobblestone walls disappear and turn invisible and you can walk through it but can't place blocks in it.
