Water Visibility

Not sure if its fixed or never was a bug but the light intensity or level alone changes with depth... the DISTANCE the player can see in all directions relative to the player should also be reduced with depth. Also the creation of the twilight and midnight zones can be added to biome listing in the f3 screen with the addition of some bio-luminescence fishes and other animals like the angler and lantern fishes.
