Structures Inconsistently load

I finally got 16 ender pearls, and when I went to the stronghold location, it wasn't there. I copied the world, and tried looking for it, but it wasn't there. Then i grabbed the seed and made a new world. And sure enough, when I went to the location, there it was, stronghold and all. I know this might be labeled as "Unable To Reproduce," I just wanted to let you know that magical strongholds exist now, and have the option to ruin a survival world.
