Pre-completed end portal is glitched?

I generated a world using the seed: 527206628864618621 and the end portal is glitched, the screenshot can give you a better idea. Reloading the chunks and relogging into the world doesn't work, it stays glitched. The end portal that isn't there is actually not physically there.
