Typing Korean syllables not working

Trying to type Korean in the chat bar does not work.

I was just trying to type a message to my friend on my server, I tried to type it in Korean and I couldn't create
any syllables.

I could type a consonant just fine (all syllables start with a consonant on Korean) Each time I tried to type a vowel my client froze. I could type as many consonants in a row as I wanted, but I couldn't type any vowels no matter what.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your language to Korean.
2. Try to type a consonant then a vowel. (The character for a is a consonant and k is a vowel, in case you don't know your Korean alphabet)
