in The Release 1.12.2

When starting a wheat farm, i place seeds onto tilled farmland. 0.5-1.2 seconds later they pop up as floating items and same goes for anything that is planted on the farmland block. And yes i have water next to this piece of farmland. Any Help??! Please fix this bug!
