Random chunk spawns with coral above ocean level

I created a Buffet world for just warm ocean and in a coral reef a layer of tube coral spawns one block above the sea level (at 65). The layer fits a chunk and so far I haven't found another one yet. I included a screenshot if that helps with the f3 screen on.

The seed is 4797975199317581085
