Non waterlogged slabs have water textures on the side

The bug

When a slab that is not waterlogged is adjacent to water, the sides of the block show the water texture.

This might not be considered a bug when it occurs under normal conditions but when the slabs are used to create a slope it just looks very weird.

How to reproduce

1. Find or make an area filled with water
2. Break a block in the floor at the bottom of the water-filled area
3. Place a top slab in the hole (which doesn't get waterlogged this way)
4. Now break a couple of more blocks around it
   you can see the water texture on the sides of the slab
