Flowing water above magma blocks turns into bubble columns

The bug

When flowing water is above magma blocks it'll turn into water source blocks making it impossible to have flowing water on magma blocks (quite a big deal for farms).

How to reproduce

Fill an area with magma blocks and drop a single bucket on top, the entire surface of the magma blocks will be covered in source blocks.
