Game going off window in windowed mode

Not sure how to explain, but, when I open Minecraft (every single version) the sides go beyond the window where i can't see them, I can still play without a problem, but it's getting annoying. Image you can look at the sides of the window and see that a part of the text on the bottom is halfway into the taskbar.
Just reinstalled minecraft after a computer upgrade and reinstalling windows.
ONLY happening in windowed, fullscreen is working properly, preffer not to use it because everything is way bigger.
