Carpet sounds can be heard when walking on the edge of a block on the same level

To reproduce this bug, place a carpet on the floor and then place a block next to it. Stand on the edge of the block and start walking. You'll be able to hear a wool sound, which is the sound that a carpet should make. If you then stand on the carpet, you can only hear the block beneath it.
