Beacon speed and jumping behavior

I built a beacon and applied the speed buff. I was running around and increased speed, but when I jumped, my speed slowed down to normal until I hit the ground again.

What I expected to happen was...:
I should have kept my speed while in the air.

What actually happened was...:
I slowed down to an unbuffed speed until my feet hit the ground again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a beacon and activate a speed buff
2. Run around and jump

Note: when sprinting, speed stays the same, both in the air and on the ground. This bug only occurs when not sprinting.
