Water see trough glitch with dropped stained glass(panes)

When i drop a stained glass block or stained glass panes i can see the ocean way clearer then when placed.

To recreate: go to an ocean or lake,... and drop some stained glass blocks or panes on the ground and look through the dropped glass. You can see the ocean way clearer.
