Wood and Gold sword textures not being taken from resource pack

With my resource pack, there are textures for every sword. But on 18w15a, the textures for the wood and gold swords just show as the default, not the texture from the resource pack.

To reproduce:
1. Launch a minecraft world while using a resource pack with non-default sword textures
2. observe wood and gold sword textures

Expected result:
wood and gold swords have the appropriate texture from the resource pack

Actual result:
wood and gold swords show with default textures

Gameplay impact:
swords don't look like they should
