Command Blocks GUI does not display the correct fields directly

See the video below first

When I open an unused command block, the GUI displays an empty Previous Output field and the Chain mode button for less than a second.
After, the GUI is fixed and displays the Impulse mode button (default mode) and does not display the empty field.
