I get Kicked.

I get kicked out of the world when I fly up with the elytra.
To reproduce:
1- Wear the elytra
2- Hold fireworks in hand
3- Start flying and use the fireworks
4- Move the view upwards above you

Minecraft says " Invalid move player packet received ".
