Levitation has been replaced by slow falling

The bug

Levitation does not exist anymore and has been replaced by slow falling.

To reproduce

1. Run

   /effect give @s levitation

2. You will get the slow falling effect, just as if you would have used /effect give @s slow_falling
3. Run

   /effect clear @s

4. The icon won't disappear until you quit and reopen the world

Or:

1. Place a shulker
2. Switch into survival mode
3. You will get the slow falling effect.
