Donkey Texture Error

I was walking through my minecraft world and I saw something that looked like floating bunnies from far away so I went to go check it out. But, when I came closer, I realised that the entities were actually donkey's with messed up textures. Most of their bodies were transparent except for the hooves and the face. However the donkey's face had what looks to be the texture of a chest.
