Crashing sometimes when switching from program to Minecraft!

Whenever I switch from one program to Minecraft (no matter what way I use to switch program) my Minecraft sometimes crashed, it doesn't give me a crash log or anything, just crashes. I have looked everywhere on the internet, and on the bugs already made. I'm not really sure if this is a bug or something, but I can't find anything else that fits it. It happens with and without mods, every version there are (I know I put 1.12.2, but I didn't really have an option for "All versions"), and I got used to it in the start, but it's getting quite annoying now, when ever I'm playing to start Minecraft up 10 times in an hour. It doesn't happen everytime I switch, only sometimes, it different from every time, sometimes I can switch once, and sometimes I can switch like 10 times before it crashed. I really hope you can help me with this!
