Minecraft using 256 colors instead of 32bits

As of today, I am unable to start Minecraft with all colors that I were using previously.
It keeps starting up with crappy graphics instead of the 32bits colors I'm used to. I read about some Java update, and have installed the latest Java version to make sure this is not the issue, but it still starts up with the crappy colors...
