Textures' Bug

Without any reason my MC bugged in this strange way. I thought it happend by mods.

I restored my MC to vanilla but problem didn't disappear. I reinstalled Java and graphic drivers...suddenly bug still exists.

Anybody has some idea how to fix this glitch?

I apologize for any language mistakes and I hope my description is clear enough.
