Strange Bug in Texture

After logging in Minecraft this morning, both the textures in the game and in the Title Page have changed horribly; I didn't install the new texture pack that you have provided in your main site so I don't really know what is the problem. Moreover, there is an issue in the lighting, I guess, because if you notice in the screenshot that I attached to this report, there are some strange light ovals in the player sight.
