UP arrow to select a previously typed command/text not working

When I try to select a previously typed command with UP arrow in the chat, the suggested command is selected instead of the previous command/text

How to reproduce :
1) Type a command or a word
2) Press ENTER
3) Start to type a command but do not finish it
4) Press UP arrow
5) The suggested command is selected instead of the previously typed command/text

For a fix, I suggest :
1) Make an option in the CHAT SETTINGS to disable command suggestion OR
2) Disable suggested command selection with ARROWS
3) Or something more technic
