Textures glitch out when playing.

What I expected to happen was that everything would run normally as it has every other snapshot, prerelease and update.

What actually happened was I logged in to a server and the blocks started flashing between textures until they stopped on simple green and white colors. When I try to take a screenshot The "Out of Memory" screen occurs and when I try to get back into the game the game crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain a Dell i3 Core Windows 8 Laptop
2.Download minecraft
3.play minecraft and wait

all gamemodes are affected
