Broken textures

When I want to open my minecraft in any versions, my textures are very fuzzy. The colours changed and the layers of items are visible twice, It all started when I entered the fullscreen mode. I tried everything, reinstalling, but nothing happened. I cleaned the computer from any viruses and it's still happening. I would appreciate sone help, Thank you
