Windows: Native Launcher window does not appear

After update to Fall Creators Update, Minecraft launcher has stopped working. The app does use computer resource, but no launcher window appear to launch the game.

I tried to update graphic card driver and used alternative versions Link, but they do not work too.

However, when I use the Minecarft.jar, the game starts successfully.
