Elytra kicks you out of the game when flicks mouse

If you move your mouse up and down when flying an elytra, you're kicked out of the game.
It's also happens when you just flicks the mouse. When on survival i also takes damage doing that.
Also sometimes after i did the bug whenever i login again in the same world it keeps kicking me out. It just let me enter the world when I reach the ground
