Items on crafing table are doing odd things

I don't know what happend and really how to reproduct. So put something in the crafting inventory of a crafting table and do some actions you want to in the inventory (dobule - click, etc.) Try to do ervery thing you can do in a inventory, try, try, try... and see what happenes (maybe it's a good thing to know I tried to craft a Firework Star and it didn't work)
