Tab autocomplete for target selector argument "type=" prioritizes "!"

This may not be considered a bug, but the autocomplete list for the "type" argument in a command will have the "!" versions of everything listed first and will therefore have those be the priority when autocompleting, regardless of how specific you are (and if the exclamation mark had been what you wanted and you had typed it first, autocomplete would be unavailable).
