Quitting right before entering the end all entities will be removed.

Quitting right before entering the end all entities will be removed.
The endermans will spawn again after some seconds, but the enderdragon, shulkers, itemframes (from the end ships) and all the end crystals will be gone...
I have no idea of why this is happenig! :/
