Frozen Ocean Next to Jungle Biome (Warm Climate)

The title is pretty self-explainatory, but Jungle Biomes are supposed to be in a warm climate, yet a frozen ocean spawns next to it. I do not know if this is a bug or if it is even possible to fix, but I would like to see biomes generate next to one another with the same climate, like a warm or lukewarm ocean next to the Jungle biome, and a Frozen and Cold ocean next to Taiga and Snow biomes.
