Water in waterlogged blocks can be picked up only by clicking on the waterlogged block itself

The bug

You can't pick up water from a waterlogged block if you're not looking at the waterlogged block itself, but an adjacent block face. Placing water works just fine that way.

You can't pick up water placed in a chest by right clicking the top face of the block below the chest.
