Block breaking/placing range changes when gamemode is survival or creative

1. When looking straight down and break the blocks within your reach, in creative you break 4 blocks, and in survival you brake 3 blocks

2. when standing on a 3 block high tower and looking down, in creative will the ground block show an outline, in survival it will not.
