Summoned Fish Makes Screen Attain A Red Hue When Damaged

I summoned a fish in snapshot 18w10d and when it was damaged (by any source) it made my screen have this aggressive (yet kind of cool) shade of red
The specific command was:

/summon minecraft:tropical_fish ~ ~ ~

It still drops a clownfish (as usual) It also does some pretty trippy stuff with the menu screen

Closing minecraft fixes the problem... yep thats pretty much it
