Breeding wolves causes player to consume meat in hand

When breeding any mob with an item that is consumable by the player if the held item is not changed within 3 seconds of successfully creating a breeding pair one of the item will be consumed by the player, regardless of player hunger levels, and grant appropriate buffs/debuffs.
