GAME CRASH - An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We`re sorry for the inconvenience

everrytime i try to play minecraft i get the error: GAME CRASH - An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We`re sorry for the inconvenience, already tried to reboot pc,
reinstall minecraft, try another version of the game, and i coulnd't fix it

OBS: there is no "minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt." file
