Weird red tint and distorted menu

The player view gets a weird red tint and the backround in the main menu is distorted.

How to recreate:
1. type: /summon minecraft:tropical_fish ~ ~3 ~

{Invulnerable:1,NoAI:1,Variant:67895811}

2. kill the fish (He is above you)
3. enjoy...
