Boat is sinking for no reason.

When placing down a boat in the water, it seemed to be slightly submerged. I tried this a few times, but placing down a boat in water seems to do it almost 100% of the time. Once you're in the boat, the boat suddenly begins to bob up and down while you're riding it. These new bubble columns are also causing a problem: Once you come in contact with your boat in the columns, they seem to make the boat sink, the boat is still ridable which I expected, but the problem is that you do not begin to suffocate and you can still move the boat around under water.
