Nether chunk never stop loading(And Reloading)

I entered nether and it was super laggy, i turned on profiler with F3 and it shows the chunk loading never stop to 0 and start going from 400 to 50 and repeat again, going back from nether was too long. Playing co-op with a PC Gamer that also had this chunk problem but not lagged because the configuration: I5 7440 3.5ghz 7 gen, GTX1060 6GB, 16GB Ram, SSD 240GB(Gone from 300FPS to 55fps on nether) and my MacBook 2011 Late with I7 quad-core 2.4ghz, AMD 6770M, 8GB Ram(Gone from 80fps to 15fps).
