I can't log in minecraft launcher and website with my ip address.

I can't log in and play minecraft on my current ip address. Also I can't log in minecraft.net with my own ip. I can only log in accout.mojang.com. I contact support but they
could not help me. I can play and login only with vpn but I don't want ot spend money on vpn.
