Water is... BROKEN!

If we'll put water into 1x1x[y] hole it will make source at every y block and spill like when water is on the ground, but 1x1. We also can't remove the water, when use block at top of the "fountain" that will remove only this water block at same y pos as it.

Probably not, but I think it is cause of removing
