Crashing

I can launch up Minecraft but as soon as I go to join a world whether it be on single player or multiplayer it will not load up the worlds, since 18W10B update came out I have not been able to play, I was playing on 18W10A and it was working fine, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but had no luck.
As I load up a world my frames get stuck on 5-30FPS on the dirt textured screen and it stops loading, nothing changes and it eventually crashes, I've reported a bug back but I've had nothing from it.
If I change versions the game still won't load up.
