Wooden buttons bug get triggered when a player or mob walks into it. Also, it won`t pop out after outputting.

In 1.5.0, I was wondering why I got teleported all the time. I replaced the wooden button for a stone one. Later, in 1.5.1, I figured out they got pressed when you walk into it. And they won`t pop out when activated. It happens with mobs as wel.
