Villagers stay outside at night

Sometimes villagers will stay outside at night.

Farmers can get distracted for prolonged periods with their crop activities. Some also get distracted and linger at windows, and sometimes linger outside doorsteps, trying the stairs once and then pausing to rest before moving again, sometimes aiming somewhere else besides the door they're at. The ones on the fenced-in porch can also take quite a while to move indoors.
