[MC-126741] Item tooltip bug

The tooltip [the name that displays above the hotbar] of an item does not remove the 'italic style' even though it is already set to false.

Used command:

/give @p trident{display:{Name:"[{\"text\":\"Legendary\",\"color\":\"red\",\"italic\":\"false\",\"bold\":\"true\"},{\"text\":\" Trident\",\"color\":\"aqua\",\"italic\":\"false\",\"bold\":\"false\"}]"}}
