Turtle master potion is too op

If you drink a tier II "turtle master potion," then you will become invincible. I teleported 1000 blocks in the air, and landed with all 10 of my hearts.
The images show you that I survived without taking any damage.

The reason this happens is because of the fact that if you effect someone with resistance 4 < x then the player becomes invincible. Yes, I know this is a snapshot and I know this technically isn't a bug, but if this is going to be in the game, then the wither, ender dragon, and all of boss fights become 10^999 times easier.
