Arrows will fly when Comperator updates

Arrows will fly a bit over the ground when comperotr updates.

How to Reprdouse:

1.Build a Comperator
2.Shoot with a bow weak on it
3.Let the Comperator updated, eg. right Clicking it or use a clock of hoopers with it.
